Only reported incident was a minor prop strike in June 2010 following a flat right main tire upon landing. No airframe damage of any kind. Precautionary Engine teardown at Pratt & Whitney. Pratt work order available upon request. No other airframe involvement. Prop was overhauled.
Interior:
Original Piper Light Creme Leather with Cainets and Card Table. Interior never smoked in. Condition is a strong 8 to 8.5.
Exterior:
Original Factory Polyurethane. Overall White with Shamrock Green lower half and Metallic Sand Laser strip accent between main colors. Paint is above average with excellent boots and glass. Overall condition of exterior is a strong 8.
Summary:
