After 49 years of providing aircraft sales & acquisitions to the general aviation and corporate aircraft owners market, Cody Welch has acquired a reputation for professionalism and an unwavering personal commitment to customer service.


Over 600 aircraft transactions have culminated in establishing a full service aircraft brokerage company dedicated to becoming a customer’s advocate; whether selling, purchasing as Buyers Agent or determining the right airplane for purchase. Cody has extensive experience in all segments of business and private aircraft. Some of the types transacted include most single engine turboprops such as all Piper Jetprop and Meridian series, most models of the TBM, Pilatus PC-12’s, Gulfstream Commanders, Most King Air Models, Lear Jets, Sabreliners, Cessna Citations and Citation Jets, Citation XLS, Phenom 300, Westwinds, Diamonds, etc.  In addition he has performed appraisals on numerous business aircraft up to and including the Gulfstream G-4.


Located in Linden, Michigan, Cody currently lives at and manages the Linden Price Airport & is co-developing Horizon Lakes Airpark as a ‘live with your airplane community’. Cody is also Founder & President of Wings of Mercy East Michigan, an inductee in the Michigan Aviation Hall of Fame and has served on numerous State and National Aviation Boards. 

 

Cody has a Business Degree from Western Michigan University, and is a long time professional pilot with a career spanning Air Taxi, Corporate and Major Airline.  He is Type Rated in Citation Jets and the Falcon 2000 in addition to the Douglas DC-9, Airbus A-320 and Boeing 757, Douglas DC-3 and Ford Tri-Motor. Cody holds an A&P Aircraft Mechanic license. He is a Certified Flight Instructor with Multi Engine and Instrument certification and holds both Seaplane and Glider ratings. Cody was a 28 year volunteer pilot and leader for the Ford Tri-Motor touring program at EAA and has over 7500 landings in the type having flown over 50,000 passengers in those antique airplanes. He is currently Chief Pilot on the Yankee Air Museum Ford Tri-Motor. Cody and Jackie live with their airplane on a residential airport and currently own and operate a Cubcrafters Carbon Cub.
