Cody F. Welch & Associates uses our exclusive Baseline Analysis to appraise an entire market segment, providing an OBJECTIVE determination of an aircraft’s value relative to its market peer group.

Many major financial institutions have used our services over the years because you can’t assign a simple ‘blue-book’ dollar value to an aircraft. Various issues will always contribute or detract from an assigned value & our service puts a real dollar value on each individual aircraft.

This is the same process used during the acquisition process. After we have determined where an aircraft fits in relation to its market, we provide the client with Retail Asking Price, Likely Retail Sales Price, and a Dealer Inventory Price.

Data is also provided on market dynamics concerning sales activity and inventory aging.
